JDAI runs through Joint Development Bank: a bank's discipline behind every figure and every loan.
About JDAI
JDAI (say it “jeh-dye”), Joint Development Artificial Intelligence, is part of Joint Development Bank. It puts one mind, the Force, and a set of tested engines to work on Lao land and homes.
Who runs it
JDAI runs through Joint Development Bank: a bank's discipline behind every figure and every loan.
Bank staff own the decisions, the listings they post and the deals they take on. JDAI does the desk work beside them.
Turning land into something an investor can say yes to takes surveyors, designers, cost consultants and many meetings, so most plots sit still. JDAI drafts it first, in hours.
What we believe
A clear "we don't know yet" beats a confident guess. Every figure shows how sure we are, and where it came from.
JDAI does the desk work at the speed of a conversation. The decisions, the approvals and the signatures stay with people.
Lao and English side by side, set in a proper Lao typeface, and every Lao word checked by a Lao speaker before it ships.
A few people with the Force beside them can do a consultancy's first draft, so good projects stop waiting for meetings.
Where we are
JDAI is in private preview, starting on the land JDB holds. Each phase opens when the one before it works.
Helping small businesses become loan-ready, the second track, is on hold for now while JDAI puts everything into land and homes.
Work with us
Banks, builders, investors and partners: if you know something that would make JDAI better for Laos, we would like to hear it.
